At M2G Talent, every partnership begins with alignment, discretion, and a clear plan. Whether you were contacted directly by a recruiter or referred through a trusted connection, we welcome the conversation.

Access to services can take up to 90 days to fully onboard. Agency resources are not opened until a Talent Agreement has been reviewed, endorsed, and executed.
Phase 1: Recruitment & Introduction
We begin by learning your goals, current positioning, professional needs, and long-term vision. Our recruitment and referral process helps determine whether M2G Talent is the right agency partner for your next stage of growth.
Phase 2: Talent Agreement & Agency Alignment
Qualified talent receives an agreement outlining expectations, representation terms, communication standards, and the responsibilities of both the client and agency. Once the Talent Agreement is endorsed, the appropriate agency resources become available.
Phase 3: Signatory Dinner
Our signatory dinner is a relationship-building milestone designed to formally welcome talent into the M2G ecosystem. It creates space for meaningful conversation, shared expectations, and a refined introduction to the work ahead. Meet your administration. Agency Professional Photo Shoot.
Phase 4: Brand Review & Development
We conduct a detailed review of your current brand, image, digital presence, opportunities, and market positioning. From there, we develop a tailored strategy that strengthens your identity and supports measurable growth. This is where you will work interactively with your Administration to build out or Review all future brand activity.
Phase 5: Outlook & Activation
Together, we establish a forward-looking plan with priorities, timelines, deliverables, and growth targets. Our phase-by-phase onboarding process prepares both the client and the agency for a successful, focused working relationship.
Phase 6: Review and Development
Agency senior management will Analyze and Review Brand Metrics taking into account all factors including budget and risks.
